Return and Refund Policy

At Savanya, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance sale
Innerwear, and items where hygiene seals have been removed
Gift cards
Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused by us

How to Request a Return

Email us at manoj141982@gmail.com or call +91 93123 16573 with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return-shipping process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, where applicable) within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability, within the same 7-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
